Brett Moore

Brett is a Managing Director in EY-Parthenon’s Corporate Finance practice with significant experience supporting and advising healthcare providers and payors on an array of strategic corporate finance and valuation matters including:

• Strategic forecasting and scenario planning for mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures (JVs), turnarounds and growth
• M&A integration and synergy tracking
• Fair market value assessments for compliance and strategic planning
• JV structuring and re-assessment
• Financial reporting valuations

Brett received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia.

Brett is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in business valuation and member of the American Society of Appraisers.
