Chris is a senior manager in the EY US Insurance and Federal Claims Services practice.

Chris has worked with hundreds of federal disaster grant recipients and subrecipients and has helped them recover over $20b in costs resulting from catastrophic events.

He has a broad array of experience assisting government and not-for-profit clients with financial, oversight and programmatic areas, including grants management, procurement support, monitoring, program assessments, disaster closeout, documentation requirements, audit resolution, appeals and a wide range of other services related to large-scale federal disaster grants.

Chris is a certified Project Management Professional and has a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at El Paso.
