How Jay is building a better working world
“As a global citizen who has lived and worked throughout the world for five decades, I’ve experienced firsthand the tremendous value of change. Where some see risks and disruption and complexity, I see opportunity. I’m deeply passionate about creating opportunities for my teams and clients by serving as a trusted advocate for change.
“My life’s work is to bring an inclusive approach, innovative thinking, and a collaborative network together to challenge prevailing paradigms and catalyze change.
“I encourage my colleagues and clients that if they want to see their business, culture or community change and grow, they need to start with themselves.”
