Jeff has spent the majority of his career assisting clients to achieve financial recovery from disasters through commercial insurance, FEMA’s Public Assistance program and other sources of funding. This work includes developing successful strategies for risk evaluation, managing claims, resolving complex coverage and loss measurement issues, as well as settling disputes.
Prior to his work assisting companies with disaster recovery, Jeff spent over 10 years with a large commercial property insurance company in various positions, including eight years as a claims adjuster. As an adjuster, Jeff managed and negotiated settlement of hundreds of large complex insurance claims.
He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in California.
