Kent has led transformational initiatives, including the first telecom infrastructure spin-off REIT. He is an instructor for educational courses on telecom taxation and is involved with drafting and reviewing tax opinions, technical memoranda and IRS ruling requests. He lives in Dallas with his wife, Dawn and daughter Kristin. His son, Ryan, is a freshman at the University of Texas in Austin.
