Kesler is a senior manager in the Insurance & Federal Claims Services practice in Dallas, Texas. She has worked at Ernst & Young LLP her entire career, starting as an intern.
Kesler has extensive experience facilitating the reimbursement of disaster-related grants in some of the country’s most populous states. She also manages disaster grants covering several funding streams, including FEMA Public Assistance (PA), American Rescue Plan Act State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (ARPA SLFRF), Coronavirus Relief Fund (CRF), Provider Relief Fund (PRF), CARES Act, and Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP). She has assisted with policy and documentation assessment for clients in relation to insurance claims, fraud risk assessments, as well as monitoring compliance to mitigate risk and future de-obligation of funds.
Kesler has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Accountancy from the University of Mississippi. She is a CPA licensed in Texas.
