Masha is a senior manager in the Insurance & Federal Claims Services practice, with extensive experience assisting clients with financial disaster recovery following some of the most catastrophic disasters in recent history.
Leveraging her former federal experience, Masha leads federally funded recovery efforts through Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) public assistance, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR), American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), and other programs for clients in various sectors, including state and local governments, health care, power and utilities, and education. Through her leadership, Masha has helped her clients resolve complex eligibility challenges, maintain federal compliance and execute financial monitoring activities of over $5 billion in disaster funding.
Masha is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM). She holds a BS in Accounting and a BS in Finance from the University of Maryland.
