Mike is a technology strategist who provides IT leadership to FSO clients in North America.
Mike’s key projects have been with a large Midwest annuities and life firm where he was the technology lead and program director: He worked with the COO and SVP IT to strategize, plan, execute and govern an implementation of new outsourced technology (ITO) and operations platform (BPO) over a three-year roadmap. In addition to managing the overall ITO/BPO effort across client and vendor teams, Mike led all aspects of the transformation program across acquisition, adoption, engagement, implementation and growth. Key highlights of the project included rolling out 10 new products in one year on the platform, resulting in $1b in sales in 2023 for individual markets.
Prior to joining the firm, Mike was CIO of a global insurance firm; COO of a large retirement, life and annuity company; and a retired executive of one of the largest global technology firms.

He works with and mentors clients’ C-suite executives on how to manage the business, their team and working with their peers.
