Molly leads artificial intelligence (AI) governance and Responsible AI initiatives as a senior manager in the AI & Data Technology Consulting practice. Her experience spans AI strategy, product development and Responsible AI implementation, and she focuses on translating regulatory requirements into practical technical controls.

Molly teams with global organizations to design and implement AI governance frameworks, risk management methodologies and ModelOps solutions. She develops guardrail systems that monitor hallucination, prompt injection and other generative AI risks in regulated environments. She has led the creation of AI monitoring dashboards and risk tiering frameworks aligned with NIST standards for Fortune 500 companies. 

Previously, Molly held AI transformation and product management roles in the startup space, leading conversational AI implementations and developing systematic testing frameworks to increase accuracy and reduce bias in AI-generated responses. 

She holds a BA in English Literature from Kenyon College, with a focus in Comparative Literature.
