As the EY US National Leader for both Affordable Care Act (ACA) and Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) services, Rebecca is responsible for delivery of the ACA reporting mandated for employers, including fulfillment of employee forms, while also confirming delivery of the WOTC benefits that our clients secure. She leads the teams that cover the key components of both practices: from client implementations, to data collection and account management, to final calculations for federal return filings.

Rebecca has 25 years of experience across government, business and advisory services. She earned an AB in East Asian Studies from Smith College and a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University.
