Scott is a Managing Director in the Industrials Investment Banking practice of Ernst & Young Capital Advisors, LLC (EYCA). With over 15 years of investment banking experience focused exclusively on mergers & acquisitions, Scott has completed over 70 transactions involving both public and private companies. Scott’s transaction experience includes sales, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures/carve-outs and fairness opinions, as well as private placements, shareholder rights plans and special committee transactions.

Prior to joining EYCA, Scott was a Managing Director in the mergers & acquisitions group at Oppenheimer & Co. where he was also a senior member of the Fairness Opinion Committee. Prior to Oppenheimer & Co., Scott spent over five years in the mergers & acquisitions group at CIBC World Markets.

Scott received a BS in Chemical Engineering with Highest Honors from Rutgers College of Engineering and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63 and 79 licenses.
