How Shayla is building a better working world

“I am committed to working with business leaders to make data-driven decisions that align with the principles of environmental sustainability, inclusive business practices and principled governance structures. I focus on how firms can leverage their idiosyncrasies to emerge as leaders in their industry and set new standards for the corporate community at large. This type of work requires a diversity of ideas, and I believe in the necessity of mentorship to shape the leaders of tomorrow. New ideas can come from anyone at any time, and, through cultivating dynamic professional relationships at all levels, we can achieve the widest breadth of possibility.”
