Steph Rogers

As a senior director in strategy and execution, Steph guides multinational financial services companies on their transaction journeys, accelerating integration and transformation by creating connectivity across the various stages of the deal lifecycle. Steph has extensive experience with mega deals, including large-scale, multiyear integrations. She offers operational advice from pre-sign diligence through sign-to-close and beyond, supporting planning and execution through various program management frameworks.

Previously, Steph spent more than five years with the EY Financial Services Assurance practice, including three years in the Sydney office.

Steph holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Technology, Sydney. She is also a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ).
