Steven earned a BA in American Studies from Vassar College and an MBA from Yale University.

The first is enabling colleagues and clients to reach their full potential through one-on-one mentorship and apprenticeship. The second is helping organizations grow profitably by improving their fundamentals and allowing them to leapfrog their competitors. This in turn creates jobs and enhances the customer and employee experience.
