As a senior manager in the Business Transformation Consulting practice, Victoria brings commercial transformation solutions to a cross-section of high-impact global life science and health care companies. She helps to increase the value of innovative initiatives and effectively adapts corporate structures and processes to emerging trends.
Victoria has experience in commercial operating models, competitive landscape assessments, and creating and implementing digital and customer strategies resulting in market impact across several therapeutic areas.
In 2022, Victoria served as the Chief of Staff for the EY Americas Consulting Deputy Vice Chair, managing strategic priorities for the Americas Consulting business, encompassing over 26,000 people across 10 business units, including for the US, Canada, Israel, LATAM North and South.
She volunteers with EY Philadelphia College MAP and serves as a DE&I Ambassador for Today’s Families Network on behalf of the Business Transformation practice.
