Zach is a senior director in the EY-Parthenon Banking and Capital Markets Strategy practice with more than 12 years of experience in the financial services sector. He has a particular focus on wholesale banking, capital markets, securities services and asset management.

In his current role, Zach drives the corporate and commercial banking, investment banking, capital markets, securities services, financial sector software and financial sector artificial intelligence (AI) strategy offerings.

Prior to joining EY-Parthenon, Zach worked in capital markets at multiple large US financial institutions, externally servicing alternative asset managers across trading and securities services, and internally driving digital transformation and acquisition execution initiatives.
