As EY Global Assurance Talent Leader since 2020, Dilek has a deep understanding of the workings of the Assurance service line and the importance of our people in all we do. She has played a key role in the development of the service line strategy and talent agenda and has a strong and collaborative network across the EY organization.
Dilek also brings significant client service experience through a career that has spanned leadership roles in Forensics, Assurance and Consulting in Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe & Central Asia (CESA) and the US.
