Violet is the EY Asia-Pacific Transaction Diligence Leader.
Violet brings over 15 years of experience advising private equity and Chinese domestic clients with their buy-side transactions around the world. Her broad industry experience includes life sciences, food and consumer products, and chemical and technology sectors.
She holds a Bachelor of Science from Shanghai Jiaotong University and EMBA from China and Europe International Business School.
