Ernst & Young LLP was inducted into DiversityInc magazine’s Top 50 Hall of Fame in 2018, and we maintained this status in 2019. The Hall of Fame honors companies that have demonstrated a longstanding and consistent commitment to diversity and inclusion. It features companies that have achieved a No. 1 ranking on the publication’s Top 50 Companies for Diversity list since 2012 and stands above the Top 50 List. Future No. 1 companies will all be added to the Hall of Fame. In order to maintain one’s Hall of Fame status, companies will be re–evaluated annually in the Top 50 competition, which considers metrics such as hiring, retaining and promoting women, ethnic minorities, people with disabilities, LGBT people and veterans. Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index
Ernst & Young LLP (EY US) has again received a 100% rating on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index (CEI) for 2019, designating EY US as a “Best Place to Work for LGBT+ Equality.” The CEI evaluates LGBT+ related policies and practices, including non-discrimination workplace protections, trans-inclusive policies, competency programs and public engagement with the LGBT+ community. Our 100% score reflects our active support of an inclusive workplace for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people.
National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) Company of the Year
