Public tax transparency: from voluntary to mandatory

Panelists will introduce the EU Directive on public country-by-country reporting (CBCR) and outline the implications for both EU headquartered and non EU-headquartered companies. The multi-jurisdictional panel will focus on policy, technical and practical implications of this recent development.
