Rahim is a partner in EY’s US Professional Practice Group, focusing on accounting matters related to derivatives and hedging. He also served as a Professional Accounting Fellow at the SEC’s Office of the Chief Accountant.

Rahim earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Houston. Rahim is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Texas and the District of Columbia and a member of the AICPA.

Katrina is the Americas Vice Chair for Professional Practice, leading the team in overseeing quality and risk management activities of the Assurance practice, including activities related to regulatory and standard setting matters, audit methodology and enablement, accounting consultations and system of quality management.

Katrina previously served as Americas Deputy Vice Chair for Professional Practice, a Professional Practice Director in the EY US-East Region and a partner in National Accounting. She also served as a Professional Accounting Fellow in the SEC’s Office of the Chief Accountant.

Katrina began her career at EY as an intern in 1995. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Public Accounting, both from The University of Texas at Austin. Katrina is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas, the District of Columbia, New York and Virginia and a member of the AICPA.
