Andrew is a Houston-based managing director at Ernst & Young LLP and leads our Transformation Design and Execution efforts for our Oil & Gas Consulting practice. Andrew has spent the last 25-plus years of his career helping organizations select and execute on their investments to support strategic value realization. During that time, he has supported a wide variety of organizations, from nongovernmental organizations and the public sector to companies representing most major sectors. His focus since 2008 has been the oil and gas sector.
Andrew served as an international aid worker in rural Mongolia and began his consulting career upon relocating to the Chinese market in 1999. Since that time, he has continually worked as a consultant across such areas as IT governance, portfolio selection, capital project controls and digital enablement.
Andrew has a BA in International Relations from George Washington University.
