As a principal in the People Advisory Services practice and the EY Americas Compensation Leader, Bill guides public and private companies on the design, implementation and operation of their compensation philosophy and strategy.
He has extensive experience in executive compensation, advising compensation committees and management teams on programs that include short-term and long-term incentive plans and nonqualified deferred compensation plans. Bill helps organizations create the career frameworks and job family architectures that support the global integration of compensation structures and skills taxonomy development. Utilizing his compensation experience, he supports organizations through transactions and transformations.
Bill earned a BA in History from the University of Dayton, a JD in Law from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University and an LLM in Taxation from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
