Bjorn is a forensic accountant with more than 35 years of experience. His primary areas of focus include serving as an expert/consultant/third-party neutral in dispute matters, conducting internal investigations and assisting clients with compliance-related matters. He also helps clients address legal and regulatory challenges.

He has extensive experience testifying as an expert in depositions, trials and arbitrations.

Bjorn is regularly retained to conduct independent and internal investigations on behalf of boards, special committees and audit committees, including preparing and communicating the results to independent counsels, audit committees, special committees, boards of directors, regulators and independent auditors.

Bjorn earned a BA in Economics from Claremont McKenna College and is a certified public accountant, accredited in business valuation (ABV) and certified in financial forensics (CFF) by the AICPA, and a certified fraud examiner.
