Caroline Higgins

Caroline is a senior manager and an information governance leader in the eDiscovery practice.

She is responsible for designing and implementing information and data governance solutions that reduce risk, strengthen data protection and privacy, and support digital transformation to clients operating in highly regulated industries.

Caroline has a wide range of experience in digital archiving, data management, records disposition and risk mitigation. She joined Ernst & Young LLP in 2018 and is based in New York City. Prior to joining the firm, Caroline worked in the information governance domain for 20 years.

Caroline has a Master of Library and Information Science from the University of Texas at Austin and a BA in Psychology from the University of Houston. She is a member of the Institute of Certified Records Managers and has the Certified Information Privacy Manager credential from the IAPP.
