Atul is a senior manager in the Ernst & Young LLP Forensics & Integrity Services practice.
He is a seasoned leader with significant experience leading large global teams in addressing some of the most challenging problems in the financial services industry. Atul leads the financial services-focused Forensic Data Analytics team.
In 2020 and 2021, Atul was seconded to the EY London office, where he led large program transformation engagements in the financial crime and forensics areas.
Prior to joining EY, he was a vice president in the consumer banking line of business at one of the largest global financial institutions.
Atul holds a BE in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology, Trichy India, and an MS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Houston. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner and has served on the board of the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals.

My team and I frequently assist clients and their legal counsel in responding to class action litigation, False Claims Act claims and regulatory inquiries. Oftentimes, the work I do results in remediation payments to impacted customers. Correcting a wrong and making customers whole makes it all worth it.
