Increasing complexity needn’t result in increased confusion. What could you achieve if you could see more clearly?

EY Canada Advanced Manufacturing & Mobility Strategy and Transactions Leader

Strategist on operations turnaround, cost reduction and process improvement. Believer in the power of reinvention.

The increasingly complicated nature of commercial, supply chain and manufacturing operations brings great challenges – and even greater opportunities. As Strategy and Transactions leader for the Advanced Manufacturing & Mobility sector at EY Canada, Daniel helps organizations separate the signal from the noise.

The optimal way to help manage complex operations is harder than ever to see, but the underlying drivers of performance often remain the same. Supported by the right systems, processes, data and digital accelerators, Daniel helps manufacturers resolve these issues.

He has worked with clients from a wide range of industries to drive operational improvement, cost reduction and process optimization. Daniel helps manufacturers to see their full potential of current and future operations and works with them to build and implement realistic plans to capture that value.

An aeronautical engineer, Daniel holds a Master of Engineering degree from Imperial College London and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

How Daniel is building a better working world

“I’m passionate about helping manufacturers get a clear line of sight into both the drivers of and solutions to performance gaps. There’s nothing more exciting than showing a client their business in a way they haven’t seen before and showing them a version of themselves they didn’t know they could be.”
