How Dina is building a better working world

“I am passionate about enabling success — for our people, for our clients and for their employees. I’m also passionate about finding new and better ways of addressing challenges.

“One of the most exciting and interesting market trends today is the explosive growth in the corporate well-being area. Almost two thirds of employees indicate they experience financial stress, detrimental not only to personal well-being but also to work productivity.

“I’m driven to bring our EY TaxChat offering to market precisely because it addresses a real challenge for employees by supporting their financial wellness and tax literacy and for employers by helping them to be more responsive to employee needs while also raising employee engagement and, therefore, contributing to business success.”
