Fay works in Risk Consulting in the Liquidity and Treasury Services practice to build out risk and financial management capabilities for US banking and capital markets clients.

Fay is passionate about shaping thought leadership through points of view, including next-generation AI for enterprises. She explores the future of agentic AI with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and knowledge graphs. Her latest thought leadership, “Era of Inclusivity: Understanding Bias in an AI World,” addresses risks such as bias, hallucinations and deepfakes, offering insights on governance and risk management. Additionally, Fay develops proofs of concept for AI tools using RAG, showcasing practical AI applications.
