He aligns transaction strategy with execution across capital markets, finance, operations, tax and technology, helping organizations navigate interim and target state operating changes across functions, supply chains and core processes.
Frank is frequently involved with planning through market uncertainty, creative deal structures and operationalizing new ways of working across R&D and chemistry, manufacturing and controls (CMC) to scale for growth.
His work includes some of the most transformative transactions in life sciences, healthcare and industrials. He brings a global perspective from working two years in Europe, in addition to a career spanning more than 100 local markets.
Frank holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Mechanical Engineering, with honors, from the University of Wyoming.
