As a principal in EY Technology Consulting Services, Frédéric leads the firm’s financial services technology strategy and transformation services. He and his team focus on helping clients with defining and executing the transformation of their technology to better support their business.
Prior to joining EY, Frédéric held various IT executive, CTO and CIO positions at Fortune 500 financial institutions, where he led all aspects of global technology organizations. Over the years, his focus has been first on transforming the IT function to become more agile, transparent and cost-efficient while maintaining the safety and soundness of IT operations in support of the business and its customer experience.
Frédéric holds an MSEE in Computer Science from Telecom Paris, Institut Polytechnique de Paris.

Frédéric is passionate about building a better working world through engaging and empowering people. He and his family are regular volunteers and donors for various nonprofit organizations helping with education and youth development, such as Madison Square Boys & Girls, Robin Hood Foundation and Life Project 4 Youth.
