Gaurav Dua

Gaurav is part of the EY-Parthenon Strategy and Transactions team and has more than 20 years of experience. His area of concentration is assisting clients with buying and integrating acquisitions and selling and separating divestitures.

Gaurav has advised on 50+ integration and carve-out transactions throughout the transaction life cycle. His experience spans across multiple industries, with a focus on automotive, industrials, chemicals, CPG and technology. He has advised on deal sizes ranging from $50 million to $100+ billion, and he works with both corporate and private equity clients.  Through this experience, Gaurav has extensive knowledge in translating an investment thesis into an actionable integration, carve-out or partnership plan across the entire organization and helping his clients achieve their deal objectives.

Gaurav holds an MBA from Michigan State University and a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.
