Hanif is a principal and leads the EY Insurance Property & Casualty Business Transformation solution. He has over 20 years’ experience in operational transformation, working with some of the largest carriers. His work has focused on evaluating and implementing operational model redesign strategies through service delivery optimization, including outsourcing, captives, shared services, as well as the adoption of analytics and artificial intelligence in core functions.
Hanif has a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
