As EY Americas Assurance AI Enablement Leader, Jana is responsible for driving value for clients through enabling and activating the design, risk management and seamless adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies both externally for clients and within the EY Assurance. She works with senior leadership to set strategy for responsible adoption and development of AI in Assurance, and her proven experience and insight is critical in helping senior management and clients grasp the practical implications of AI, balancing its opportunities with the associated risks.
Jana joined Ernst & Young LLP more than 10 years ago from the PCAOB, where she spearheaded the establishment of analytics and data-driven insights as an integral part of risk-based inspections, built predictive models for audit quality failures and led rigorous economic analyses for policy guidance and standard setting.
She received a PhD from Cornell University in Applied Economics, Finance and Quantitative methods and an MSc from Penn State.
