Jen joined the EY Americas Alumni Relations team as EY Alumni Manager in February 2019. In this role, she directs our efforts to engage with EY alumni.
Jen began her EY career in experienced recruiting. She subsequently spent a few years in banking and returned as an executive recruiter, moving into a Recruiting Leader role supporting two regions. In 2014 she transitioned into the Highest Performing Team Leader role for US recruiting. In that role, she developed and led the Rotational Talent Advisors Program across both campus and experienced hire recruiting and supported learning throughout the EY recruiting community.
Jen holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati.
