John Roberts

John leads a team of 33 Philadelphia-based practitioners who provide investigative and litigation support; forensic accounting; dispute resolution; compliance, risk, physical security and internal control assessments; and regulatory advisory services focused on complex financial, accounting and compliance matters. John and his team provide these services across industry lines, for domestic, international, private and public service clients.

John has successfully led large-scale, high-profile global matters in both public service and private service. John has assembled and led global multidisciplinary teams; collated and reported findings to key stakeholders to include client executive personnel, general/outside counsel, audit committees, compliance officers, regulatory authorities, SEC/DOJ attorneys and others; and provided direct, rebuttal and expert witness testimony in a variety of venues.

During John’s 25 years with the FBI, he led 24 direct reports and held a variety of emergency preparedness and business continuity leadership roles for major events (e.g., political conventions, championship sporting events).

How John is building a better working world

My journey to building a better working world starts with intently listening and asking the right questions. Listening to fully understand the complexities, nuances and challenges of each client’s unique risk environment and developing a “right-sized” solution that efficiently addresses our clients’ most pressing issues, whether locally, regionally or globally.

The second part of my journey focuses on the development of our future leaders by providing inclusive opportunity, mentorship and candid feedback throughout their leadership journey.
