Joseph is a managing director in the Insurance & Federal Claims Services practice at Ernst & Young LLP. He has assisted clients with the management of federal disaster grants, property damage and business interruption insurance claims, compliance with Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, complex contract disputes, and forensic accounting investigations in a variety of industries.
Joseph has extensive experience supporting clients with financial recovery after natural disasters and other catastrophic events through federal grant programs, including FEMA Public Assistance and Hazard Mitigation, HUD CDBG-DR, and other COVID-19 relief and recovery grants and through commercial insurance. His clients include state recipients, local government and eligible private nonprofit subrecipients, health care systems, and large chemical manufacturers.
