An experienced strategist, consultant, and thought leader, Katherine helps biopharma companies achieve commercial excellence through enterprise- and franchise-level strategy, launch preparedness, and post-launch strategy and value capture. 

With nearly a decade of consulting experience at global firms, Katherine has extensive experience in global pricing, market access, and commercial strategy across biopharma and medical technology. She leverages industry trends, stakeholder insights, and detailed analytics to tailor go-to-market strategies for our clients and bring new medicines to market faster.

Katherine brings US and ex-US experience, having developed market access and launch strategies in core European, Latin American, and Asia-Pacific markets.

Prior to her advisory career, Katherine helped design, develop, and pilot patient-centered decision aids, combined with a provider-centered decision-support tool to enable a risk-stratified approach to oncology screening.

Katherine holds an MPH in Epidemiology and Comparative Effectiveness Research from Columbia University and a BSc in Anatomy and Cell Biology from McGill University.
