Keith is managing director in the Ernst & Young LLP Consulting — Cybersecurity practice.

Prior to joining Ernst & Young LLP, Keith was a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for over 20 years. He led significant FBI cybersecurity investigations and worked with private industry subject-matter professionals to develop proactive intelligence sharing, targeting the most egregious cyber-criminal enterprises.

Keith’s undercover work penetrating cyber underground groups was chronicled in the books Kingpin: How One Hacker Took Over the Billion-Dollar Cybercrime Underground, by Kevin Poulsen, and DarkMarket: How Hackers Became the New Mafia, by Misha Glenny.

Keith has received the U.S. Attorney General’s Award for Distinguished Service and the RSA Award for Excellence in Public Policy and has twice received the FBI Director’s Award for Excellence in Outstanding Cyber Investigation.
