Kumu is a leader within the EY-Parthenon practice. She is a member of the Ernst & Young LLP Strategy and Transactions group in San Francisco with a focus on clients in the technology, media and entertainment, and telecommunications industries.

She brings over 20 years’ experience working with technology companies to architect transformational strategies to accelerate growth and shareholder value. She collaborates with cross-functional teams on new go-to-market and sales strategies, business model shifts, operating model redesign, digital strategy, customer experience/analytics, acquisitions and divestitures.

Kumu received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree in Electrical Engineering from McGill University (Montreal, Canada).
