Leslie is the EY Americas and US Inclusiveness Leader, a partner at Ernst & Young LLP (EY US), and a member of the EY US Management Committee. She leads the EY Americas inclusiveness strategy, ensuring it is closely aligned with the EY organization’s commitment to quality, ethics and integrity. She has championed initiatives centered on career progression, the integration of inclusive practices into business and talent processes, the growth of EY Business Resource Groups, and innovative research on generational workplace preferences. She also co-chairs the Americas Inclusiveness Advisory Council — a coalition of EY leaders committed to advancing high-impact initiatives that drive accountability and measurable progress toward a more inclusive culture for all EY professionals.

A Certified Public Accountant, Leslie began her career at EY in assurance services. Over the years, she has held several key leadership roles, including serving as the Southeast Region Talent Leader and as a national recruiter.

Leslie earned a BS in Accounting from Hampton University and an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
