Lisa has 20+ years of management consulting, global operations and engineering experience where she has led large-scale enterprise transformation. Her experience includes strategic planning, business model transformation, supply chain optimization, technology-driven change, analytics, operational efficiency and cognitive systems implementation.
As the EY Americas Central Region Advisory Managing Partner, Lisa is responsible for consulting go-to-market strategy, market-driven product/service innovation and delivery of value to EY clients. Lisa works with EY industry and account teams to integrate our insight and capabilities to solve clients’ toughest problems.
Lisa was previously the EY Americas Advisory Markets leader driving market segment strategy, solution devlopment and account enablement. Prior to EY Lisa spent five years at a multinational information technology company as Managing Partner in Global Business Services in Canada and Asia Pacific. She also spent 13 years at a multinational professional services network where she made Partner and was a GCSP. Lisa was also the first COO at a global insurance company and an engineer at a multinational vehicle manufacturer.
Lisa is a featured speaker and contributor to major publications in areas such as trends in manufacturing, supply chain operating models, digital transformation and empowering women in business.
