How Martha is building a better working world

“Companies that employ a ‘one size fits all’ approach to their talent and total reward programs will need to re-think their people strategies going forward. As automation and workforce composition changes continue to accelerate, the role of HR is more critical to the achievement of business outcomes than ever before.

I thrive on helping companies reimagine their employee value propositions to provide cost-effective talent and total reward programs that allow employees to personalize their participation in available reward programs to best meet their physical, emotional and financial well-being needs.”
