Martha is the Amercias Reward Transformation leader within our People Advisory Services (PAS) practice. She has significant experience assisting companies in re-aligning their global people strategies and programs to their evolving strategic, digital, operating and regulatory environments in which they operate.
She enjoys helping companies articulate compelling employee value propositions and developing frameworks to articulate and track ROIs on her clients’ HR investments.
Martha has advised Boards of Directors, senior management and HR leaders of both public and private organizations, including for profit and not for profit entities. She has served clients across many industries on a broad range of HR topics including talent strategy and alignment, total reward assessment and realignment, succession planning and developing people agenda strategies to support pending corporate transaction/transformation events.
Martha has a BS from Marquette University and an MBA from Cornell University.
