Matt is an experienced leader in Financial Services — Strategy and Business Transformation. With a decade of experience in the field, he has led several large program transformations. He has helped EY teams develop approaches that combine Lean Six Sigma techniques and design-thinking-based collaborative approaches to conduct accelerated target state assessments. The approach makes business process an organizing principle for innovation.

Matt has a successful track record of creating value by bridging the gap between technology and the business through leading the assessment, design and execution of large-scale transformations. These transformations have included post-merger integrations, enterprise business architecture, large-scale agile system implementations and enterprise-wide program change management.

Matt is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Certified Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Product Owner, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
