Michael J. O’Leary (Mike) is the Office Managing Partner in Charlotte, leading 2,200 Charlotte colleagues. He also serves as the US Office Managing Partner Growth Leader, driving strategic relationships and growth through the largest EY offices in the US. He recently served as Southeast Growth Markets Leader, guiding office managing partners in 15 other cities across the southeast.
Mike relocated to Charlotte in August 2023, bringing a wealth of leadership experience from his more than 30-year tenure at EY, serving in roles such as Advanced Manufacturing & Mobility Market Segment Leader, Office Managing Partner in Minneapolis and Midwest Risk Practice Leader.
