As an IoT strategist and digital assets monetization specialist, Michal helps clients find a smart, fast, structured and feasible way to integrate and sustain emerging technology (EmTech)-fueled solutions as part of their business. He helps companies understand and quantify the impact of EmTech, with a special focus on IoT and data. Michal works with organizations through business and operating model transformation to mitigate risks, eliminate constraints and generate value.
Additionally, he works as a strategy consultant in IT and OT integration and convergence. Michal has supported IT/OT transformations for some of the largest multinational companies from the Energy, Mining and Oil and Gas industries, in multiple locations worldwide.
Michal is a biomedical engineer and holds a double MSc in Financial Management and International Management and Purchasing from Lodz University of Technology (Poland) and INSEEC Grande École de Commerce (France).
