Paul is the Aerospace and Defense Sector Leader and serves as Global Client Service Partner on several large, multinational accounts at Ernst & Young LLP.
In A&D, Paul has worked with major US aerospace and defense platform companies, suppliers, private equity investors and European defense companies active in the US market. His areas of technical experience include transactions, and both business and workforce transformation.
Paul previously served as EY Global and Americas Talent Development leader, overseeing a number of large strategic initiatives around workforce transformation. He also served as Chief Corporate Development Officer for one of the EY Global service lines, overseeing one of its largest acquisitions.
