How Peter is building a better working world

Real estate has so much to do with how people experience life – whether it’s the manifestation of a brand, the hub of a company’s culture or the place where we make or buy things.

I help companies adapt to their constantly changing priorities. I work with the real estate footprint: how much to have, where to have it, whether to own or lease it/build or buy it. I also help streamline its delivery: What should our team look like? With whom should we partner? What enabling technologies will improve delivery?

When positioned right, your real estate is more than a cost to be managed – it’s a hugely valuable asset to be optimized.
