Philip is a managing director in the Transformation Design and Execution practice of Ernst & Young LLP. Philip brings over two decades of consulting experience at three global firms and is a leader in enabling transformation initiatives for success. He’s highly knowledgeable in the efficient and effective management of project portfolios, and the successful completion of enterprise-wide and global transformation initiatives across industries of varying complexities.
Philip is also a leader in driving stakeholder alignment around program objectives and the realization of benefits. Philip leverages digital capabilities, along with his IT background, postgraduate Finance training, doctorate in business administration, and extensive experience to drive success in transformation initiatives. Philip’s digital program enablement experience spans functional areas such as finance, internal controls, cyber/information security and enterprise resource planning-enabled transformation initiatives.

Philip is passionate about developing and motivating people, and leveraging his coaching, mentoring, public speaking and training skills to empower and inspire his teams, clients and partners. He enjoys giving back by mentoring young entrepreneurs, volunteering, and supporting education for underprivileged kids and minorities through his not-for-profit organization, Write-it-Over Inc. He also participates in endurance bicycle rides in support of various charities.
