As a Principal in the EY Consulting Strategy practice, Pilar focuses on large-scale business transformations, operating model design and enterprise operational efficiency, along with the business cases to support those efforts. She loves helping clients achieve clarity, whether through their strategy, their transformation goals or even their decision-making ability.
Pilar has nearly twenty years of consulting experience. She also specializes in structuring and conducting stakeholder alignment sessions and client workshops. A portion of Pilar’s tenure with the EY organization was spent with the EY member firm in France.
Pilar has a BA in Communication from University of Colorado, and an MBA with concentrations in Corporate Strategy and Organization Design and Behavior from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
